What happens in case of an accident?

When you get in an accident, the first thing is to report to the nearest Kenya police office(r) so that an OB number can be obtained from the police station. Then report the accident to the Watu Gari customer service line 0800 722 900 where our insurance claims officers will be notified and call you to offer further guidance and support.
